How do I update my Social Channels?

  1. To update your Social Channels, go to Profile screen by clicking Profile Profile icon from footer navigation bar
  2. Click on the smc button on your Profile setting section
  3. To add new channels, click on AddanotherChannel button and select channel type from dropdown list. Enter the URL or Username of your channel
  4. To delete your previously added channel, tap the cross button given on the right side of that channel
  5. To edit the Username of previously added Social Media Channel, simply tap on that Username and edit it
  6. To save your changes, click on the add button.

Why should I provide my bank details to complete my Profile?

You need to share bank details to verify Topup Process.

Where can I view my Profile?

To view your Profile, click on the Profile Profile icon given in navigation bar. Profile screen will open from where you can view all information related to your Profile.

How do I add, or change, my Profile Picture on Walee?

  1. To add or change your Profile Picture, go to Profile screen by clicking Profile icon from footer navigation bar
  2. Click on pi button in the Profile setting section
  3. From your Personal Information screen, you can update your Profile Picture
  4. After updating your Profile Picture, click on update button to save your changes

How do I update my Bank Account Details?

  1. To update your Bank Account Details, click on bd button on the Profile settings section
  2. From ID Card Info section, enter CNIC Number and Date of Issuance
  3. Upload picture for ID Card Front and ID Card Back
  4. Select Account Vendor/Bank from the dropdown list
  5. Enter your Bank Account Title and Account Number, exactly as shared with you by the your payment provider
  6. Click on ua button to save your changes

How do I update my Proof of ID?

  1. To add or change your Profile Picture, go to Profile screen by clicking Profile icon from footer navigation bar
  2. Click on pi button in the Profile setting section
  3. From your Personal Information screen, you can update your Proof of ID
  4. After updating, click on update button to save your changes

We have created profile, now what’s next?

After Profile creation, first make sure if your Profile is verified or not. After successful Profile Verification, you can create and run your Campaign Opportunities. To check if your Profile is approved or not:

  1. Go to Profile page by clicking the Profile Profile icon at the bottom from footer navigation bar
  2. Check your Profile Status by viewing your Profile Picture
  3. Completed If there is a tick icon on your Profile Picture
  4. Rejected if there is a label of rjct below your Profile Picture
  5. Under Review if there is a label of pend below your Profile Picture
