Keep Safe on Walee

Safety tips to follow

We’ve listed a few things you can do to keep your account safe:

  • Unbreakable Password! Create a Password of at least six characters which use letters, numbers and special characters, like # or %. It should not be the same as other account passwords you use
  • NEVER share your Password, not with anyone. If you forget your Password, please use the password reset function
  • Keep your registered smartphone and Email account secure. Anyone who has access could change your Password for all your accounts, not just Walee.
  • Logout of your Walee account if you share your phone or computer. Best to avoid using public computers to access Walee
