Campaign creation/Definition

The module allows admin to create different type of campaigns. The admin can view complete campaign detail, edit campaign details, and accept/reject influencers. The admin can also add manual sales, track campaigns and view complete data.

Create KPI Driven Campaign

Steps

  1. Enter title for Campaign
  2. Find business from email
  3. Select business from the dropdown list
  4. Select privacy of the campaign
  5. Click OK

Connecting Agency to Campaign

Steps

  1. Click on create campaign
  2. Select agency campaign as “YES”
  3. Select the required agency from the dropdown list
  4. Click OK

Create Media Driven Campaign

Steps

  1. Enter title of Campaign
  2. Find business from email
  3. Select business from the dropdown list
  4. Select privacy of the campaign
  5. Click OK

View a Campaign

Steps

  1. Click on the business name in parallel with the campaign name
  2. The tab will open the campaign details

Update Media Driven Campaign

Steps

  1. Click on the Edit button on the right top to edit or update the campaign
  2. Select campaign status
  3. Select campaign tracking
  4. Select type of the campaign
  5. Select campaign purpose
  6. Select services needed from influencers
  7. Select campaign budget
  8. Select application deadline
  9. Select duration of the campaign
  10. Click on Next
  11. Add campaign Information e.g., Name, Description, Rules, Rewards, etc.
  12. Add FAQs for the influencers
  13. Set the KPIs for the campaign, e.g., Campaign Type, website CMS, Reward, Promotion Link, Goals,etc.

Changing Campaign Status

Steps

  1. Click on the edit campaign button
  2. Select the campaign status from the dropdown
  3. Click save & next

View Campaign Applicants

Steps

  1. Click on the campaign name
  2. Click on the applicants tab
  3. Select applicants to accept or reject for the campaign

Email Campaign Applicants

Steps

  1. Click on the campaign name
  2. Click on applicants tab
  3. Select applicants for sending email, in-app notifications, or push notifications

View Sales Data

Steps

  1. Click on the campaign
  2. Click on the Sales tab

Add Manual Sales

Steps

  1. Click on the campaign
  2. Click on the Sales tab
  3. Click on Add Sales button
  4. Select KPI
  5. Select applicant from the dropdown
  6. Select users selected
  7. Add total price
  8. Select order status
  9. Add commission

Tracking Campaign

Steps

  1. Click on button in the actions column
  2. A pop-up will appear with campaign tracking and activity
  3. You can select date filter to track any campaign

View Campaign Stats

Steps

  1. Click on the campaign
  2. Click on the campaign stats
  3. Select any filter you want to apply to view desired stats

Filter Campaigns

Steps

  1. Click on campaigns tab
  2. Add title, duration, details, and services in the search bar
  3. The selected campaign will appear

Filter Campaigns Through Status

Steps

  1. Click on campaigns tab
  2. Select status from the dropdown
  3. The selected campaigns will appear

Filter Campaigns Through Package Type

Steps

  1. Click on campaigns tab
  2. Select package from the dropdown
  3. The selected campaigns will appear

Filter Campaigns Through Types

Steps

  1. Click on campaigns tab
  2. Select type of the campaign from the dropdpown
  3. The selected campaigns will appear

Filter Campaigns Through Creation Dates

Steps

  1. Click on campaigns tab
  2. Select creation date of the campaign
  3. The selected campaigns will appear

Filter Campaigns Through Accepting Dates

Steps

  1. Click on campaigns tab
  2. Select accpeting date for the campaign
  3. The selected campaigns will appear

Filter Campaigns Through Country

Steps

  1. Click on campaigns tab
  2. Select the country from the dropdown
  3. The selected campaigns will appear
